If your service is down for more than 00.01% of any calendar month, we’ll credit you up to a full month of hosting service.
If the outage is caused by your ISP, or by failure / malfunction / misconfiguration of your equipment or software, then the SLA doesn’t apply. It also doesn’t apply if we’re performing scheduled maintenance and you’ve received at least a week’s notice. And, you’d think we wouldn’t have to point out that it doesn’t apply if your service is suspended or terminated, but here we are.
