What happens if my server is damaged in transit? Print

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. We strongly recommend that you use a trustworthy carrier that provides sufficient insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. We also strongly recommend that you carefully review your carrier's terms and conditions to determine what is and is not covered. And we can't stress this enough: use a generous amount of anti-static packing material in a sturdy box.

In the event that a damaged package is received, we will do our best to photograph the damage.  We reserve the right to refuse to install damaged or broken equipment.

Under no circumstances will Fresh Roasted Hosting be held responsible for damage or loss occurring in transit. For complete details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
