  • 36

All copyright infringement / DMCA reports must be submitted in writing to the address below. We strongly recommend the use of a delivery method that provides both delivery tracking and signature confirmation. All copyright infringement notices must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works at that site;

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be subject to infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Fresh Roasted Hosting to locate the material;

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Fresh Roasted Hosting to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, or email address;

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the user of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or the law;

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and

  • A statement that under penalty of perjury you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our agent of record is Aaron Blackeby. Your report must be mailed to the following address:

All reports of copyright infringement are investigated expeditiously upon receipt. Please note, however, that submitting a false copyright infringement claim may subject you to civil and criminal liability. Fresh Roasted Hosting is not a legal authority, and can not determine whether or not an infringement has occurred. Rather, we simply determine whether or not a report appears to be valid.  For complete details on our infringement investigation process, please see the knowledgebase article titled “What is your policy on copyright infringement and/or notices”.
