Someone signed up, and I didn't get credit!

There are a few circumstances that can cause this to happen:

 

  • If the referred customer cleared his or her cookies between when he clicked on your link and when he signed up for service, then you will not receive credit for the sale.
  • If the referred customer uses a cookie-cleaning program or certain ad-blocking programs, you may not receive credit for the sale.
  • If the referred customer has cookies disabled, you will not receive credit for the sale.
  • If the referred customer clicks on a different FRH referral link after clicking on yours, you will not receive credit for the sale.  We only count the most recent affiliate link.
  • If the referred customer clicks on your referral link, but waits at least 60 days before signing up for service, you will not receive credit for the sale.
Unfortunately, because all of these circumstances are beyond our control, we can not issue manual referral credits.
