No.  All WHMCS licenses obtained through Fresh Roasted Hosting may only be used on a Fresh Roasted Hosting IP address.  In addition, the license must be part of an active reseller account, virtual private server (VPS), dedicated server, or co-location service.  If you activate or attempt to activate your license on an external IP address, it may be cancelled without further warning or refund.  This policy does not apply to Blesta or ClientExec licenses.
