Our primary datacenter is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Just off I-81 and minutes from I-83, I-76, US-11, US-15, US-22, the Harrisburg Amtrak station, and two airports (Harrisburg International and Capital City), Harrisburg is easy to get to no matter where you're coming from. We're located 90 minutes from Philadelphia and Baltimore, two hours from the Washington DC metro area, and three hours from New York City and Pittsburgh. This makes Harrisburg the perfect location for off-site operations and disaster recovery: it's convenient enough to access quickly, but far enough away to be isolated from major metros.

Harrisburg is a Tier II SSAE-16 (audited annually) datacenter. Priority electric service from PPL is backed up by on-site diesel generators and battery backups providing up to 98 hours of emergency power. The facility is secured by multi-factor authentication including biometric access controls. The entire datacenter floor is covered by digital video surveillance, while N+1 cooling keeps everything humming. Bandwidth comes from a blend of Tier 1 carriers including Level(3) and Verizon, in addition to other major carriers including Comcast and Frontier Communications.

Our secondary datacenter is located in a former Federal Reserve building in downtown Dallas, TX. Our Dallas datacenter houses our accelerated web hosting platform as well as some of our VPS and dedicated server customers. Dallas is a Tier III facility that utilizes a robust power infrastructure including N+2 transformers, 12 UPS systems, and 10 on-site diesel generators. The all-Cisco network carries connectivity from Internap, Telia, CenturyLink, AboveNet / Zayo, and Cogent. Local VLAN connectivity is available on every dedicated server, as is the ability to pool bandwidth from multiple servers (additional cost may apply).
