Whether we're making coffee or hosting websites, we
never compromise on our hardware.
Whether we're hosting your personal blog or your small business CRM platform, we take our job seriously. That's why we only utilize high-end datacenters equipped with redundant, enterprise-class equipment.
All of our co-location services, virtual private servers (VPSes), and most of our dedicated servers operate out of the tier II BurstNET facility just up the road in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This world-class datacenter utilizes true multi-homed bandwidth from major providers including Zayo, Highwinds, XO Communications, PCCW, Hibernia Atlantic, and Cogent Communications. The facility's multiple connections to the power grid (1200A 480V 3-phase and 2000A 220V 3-phase) are backed up by facility-wide UPSes and 2.6 MW of generator capacity.
All of our shared hosting packages are hosted out of Telecom Center in downtown Los Angeles, California. Built in the heart of LA's telecom district along Wilshire Boulevard, Telecom Center is located directly adjacent to One Wilshire - arguably the most well-connected carrier hotel in the United States. Featuring redundant power and cooling systems, this high-end facility delivers connections to multiple premium bandwidth providers including Level(3), nLayer, Savvis, Mzima, and Hurricane Electric.
We also offer select dedicated servers out of the legendary Databank facility in downtown Dallas, Texas. This SAS 70 Type II Certified datacenter features N+2 transformers feeding 12 UPS systems and 10 diesel generators, all kept chilly by an N+1 4500-ton cooling system. Originally constructed to house the United States Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, this datacenter is among the most secure in the world.
All of our datacenters also feature advanced fire detection and supression equipment, as well as 24-hour surveillance and on-site technicians. Although no web host can guarantee total 100% uptime, our enterprise-class facilities give your site the rock-solid foundation it needs to thrive.
